On the characters and the diagonal simplexes of the repartitioning complexes in lattices The repartitioning complex in L-decompositions of lattices corresponds to transformations from one primitive L-type to another. In this paper the structure of the repartitioning complexes is obtained on the base on characteristics of complexes and their diagonal simplexes.

On the trigonometric series with unbounded from below partial sums It is known that all partial sums of even trigonometric series with coefficients {an}, n = 0, ..., \infty, are uniformly bounded from below on all straight line if the non-negative monotone nonincreasing sequence {an}, n = 1, ..., \infty, is such that the sequence {nan}, n = 1, ..., \infty, is bounded. In the article is proved that this result is unimprovable even for class of series coefficients of which satisfy the condition

On unlocality of continuity-property for the best approximation functions In this article it is proved that the property of continuity of function of the best approximation in H \infty is not local property. There exist functions F(z) and f(z), continuous on the unit circle and equal on an arc \gamma of this circle (f(z) = F(z), z \in \gamma), such that the function of the best approximation from H \infty for F is continuous on unit circle and the function of the best approximation for f has points of discontinuity on \gamma.

The residual finiteness of some HNN-extensions of groups The criterion of residual finiteness of the HNN-extension is obtained in the case when associated subgroups are situated in the center of base group and satisfy some further conditions of finite separability. By means of this result it is proved that if the HNN-extension of polycyclic-by-finite group with proper central associated subgroups is residually finite then all cyclic subgroups of it are finitely separable.
